Citizen AwardBro. Charles Duke, Chairman of the Achievement Week activities, presented the 2008 Citizen of the Year award to Bro. Larry Conner. Bro. Conner is on an educational special assignment in Georgia. Receiving the award for Bro. Conner are Bros. Kennedy and Fisher.
