Nashville, TN | On January 22, 1919, Delta Chapter — the “Mother Pearl of the South” — was founded on the campus of Meharry Medical College as the first Chapter in what would become the Mighty Fifth District of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
To commemorate this great occasion, Delta Chapter will host a celebration in Nashville to celebrate 100 years of service! The brothers of Delta Chapter invite all brothers of Omega Psi Phi to join our Centennial Celebration during the long weekend of October 10-13.
The signature event of the weekend will be a formal Gala, featuring addresses from the 41st Grand Basileus Dr. David Marion and the 23rd 5th District Representative Sam McKenzie. A plated dinner with live music and a popular local DJ will also be featured.
All proceeds will fund the Dr. Albert G. Berry Scholarship Endowment Fund for Meharry medical and dental students.
