MISSION/VISION STATEMENT

To facilitate, support and execute the International Achievement Week observance as prescribed by the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and the Legendary Fifth District. To create and provide materials and tools to support the Chapters of the Fifth District in their ability to fulfill all requirements for the awards process. To ensure that the Fifth District is represented on the International level by presenting and submitting qualified Achievement Week award applications.
