MISSION/VISION STATEMENT

To develop and facilitate District-level Social Action programs that encompass the Fraternity’s mandated programs. To assist the Fifth District local chapters in formulating and executing meaningful Social Action projects, programs and activities that impact the communities of the Legendary Fifth District.

The deadline for this competition is February 27, 2026

In order to participate in this Fifth District competition, each chapter must submit the following before the deadline above:

1. Digital Social Action Scrapbook that does not exceed 100 pages (form 77 will not be accepted)

2. Completed Social Action Scorecard Excel Spreadsheet
